Welcome! I believe conscious breathwork, meditation, movement, and music are a powerful combination for healing our selves and building healthy families & communities. Through my own breathwork practice I feel more resilient to the current chaos in the world & enabled to share my gifts and energy towards healing and unifying as a spiritual community of consciousness.
Before stepping into the world of breathwork, I worked for many years as an environmental consultant — dedicated to healing the Earth. Today, my purpose has shifted inward: helping people heal themselves so they can transform their health and heal from the past.
My journey into breathwork began after reading Breath by James Nestor - fascinated by the science of breath and its roots in ancient pranayama, I discovered SOMA Breath which healed my nervous system, and awakened a deeper connection to my inner purpose - setting me on a new spiritual pathway in life.

SOMA Breath® is an international breathwork school and community based on holistic wellness research and practices. Developed by Niraj Naik, SOMA Breath® blends yogic pranayama, neuroscience, and music therapy to optimise your mind and body. This practice boosts energy, reduces stress, supports trauma healing, and enhances creativity.
University of Cambridge studies on SOMA Breath Journey participants found that our holistic approach induced positive alterations in brainwave patterns; helped participants process past traumas and emotional pain, instilled new positive subconscious beliefs and behaviours; and enhanced feelings of unity and spiritual connection - exceeding those observed in Psilocybin and MDMA studies.
